When I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, my family was shocked, horrified and devastated.

Down, but not out, my family stepped up to the tee!

They organized the Fisher Family Golf Invitational.

Having fun playing golf, while helping research for a cure sounded like a noble idea.

With the support of so many wonderful friends and family, this dream became a reality.

Thanks mostly, to the amazing input by all my children, this year marks the second anniversary of this event.

The promise of a cure, or an early detection for ovarian cancer, has inspired so many of our friends to demonstrate how very much they care.

Their love and concern may eventually help not only current survivors, but also bring promise to future generations facing this enormous hurdle.

With science and Godspeed, we can all find a cure-in-one!
